Event-day coordination

From $1,500

Professional coordination for events you have already planned. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after consultation.

Customizations

Additional guests $15/person; plated dinner coordination $1,000; RSVP management $300; seating chart $350; overtime $200/hour; extra coordinators $500 each; extra site visits $300 each.

Rush changes start at $500. Travel and accommodations billed separately.
